On December 8, 2024, in the Week of the 24th Pentecost, the Feast of the Presentation of the Most Holy Mother of God, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia celebrated the great consecration of the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity in Chertanovo, Moscow, and the Divine Liturgy in the newly consecrated church.

The sermon before the
At the end of the Liturgy, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill praised the Bishop of St. Sergius of Radonezh Church in Businovo, Moscow.
After the Liturgy ended, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill instructed Bishop Seraphim of Yeisky and Timashevsky for his ministry and presented him with the bishop's baton. By tradition, the newly ordained bishop gave the faithful his first archpastoral blessing.
