Priest Timofei Chaikin drew the participants' attention to the spiritual and moral component of cadet education. Many heroes in the special operation zone have become an example of heroism and courage for young men across the country. The Russian Ministry of Defense and the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation certainly support the idea of training children of heroes in cadet classes with subsequent service in the country's law enforcement agencies. We are ready to assist in the revival of the cadet movement. She noted that many teachers go to the zone of special military operation and then return to schools and universities.

«Cadet education in Russia has a three hundred year history. It is a flagship for Russia, and it is important to develop it jointly with the Russian Ministry of Education and specialized law enforcement agencies, as well as taking into account regional peculiarities. This is a big serious, meticulous work. It is necessary to approve the concept at the congress of cadets of the whole country and then adopt it», — pointed out Svetlana Orlova.
The system of cadet education includes 152 general educational organizations, half a million young people study in them. Among them — 100 educational institutions subordinate to the authorities carrying out state administration in the field of education. Another part — organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the Russian Federal Guard, the Federal Security Service of Russia and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. In addition, cadet classes have been opened in schools.
With the adoption of the document it is proposed to establish the goals of state policy in the field of cadet education, to form a new generation of cadet elite of Russia from among highly educated patriotic citizens.
The second task of the document — to determine the main approaches to the implementation of state policy, including the content of cadet education, the purposeful nature of training, the continuity of cadet and military education, professional qualifications of teachers.
In addition, the document will become the basis for the formation of a unified register of educational institutions working on cadet education programs.
