On December 5, 2024, in Moscow, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Church Postgraduate School and Doctoral School named after Saints Cyril and Methodius and the Novosibirsk Theological Seminary.
The agreement was signed by the chairman of the St. Cyril and Methodius Postgraduate School and the Novosibirsk Theological Seminary.
The document was signed by the chairman of the Teaching Committee of the Russian Orthodox Church, Rector of the OCAAD Protopriest Maxim Kozlov and Rector of the Novosibirsk Theological Seminary Archpriest Pavel Kizyun. The signing ceremony took place at the All-Church Postgraduate School.
Father Maxim emphasized that «Novosibirsk Theological Seminary — is one of the higher spiritual educational institutions of the Russian Orthodox Church». «I wish it to come to create a steadily developing scientific school», — added the rector of the OTSAD.
Protopriest Pavel Kizyun expressed confidence that «signing today's agreement will serve to further develop and strengthen not only the relationship, but also the development of theology in the Siberian land»

The signed agreement provides for the development of cooperation between educational institutions in educational, scientific, enlightenment and publishing spheres.
